How do you plant flowers in the flower bed?

Holding the yellow flower and pressing left click isn't doing anything. Any help is appreciated.

The yellow flower isnt planted in a flower bed. The flowers with a blue/purple background can be though. All the bush seeds can be planted in them as well.

Also you have to approach the flowerbeds from the front, try from all angels

I've put Belly Bobs in flowerbeds. I just left click them in. I've also put the Bluebells in the same way.

All this time I was trying to plant the yellow wattle flower. Just realised that you couldn't plant that flower it in the flower bed.

The Wattle Bush isn't a flower. I thought you were referring to the small yellow flowers found on the Plains - Billy Buttons. The Wattle "flowers" are used with the keg to make a buff drink that will boost mining.
