Level 3 Farming ?

I am sure this has been posted before, but has anyone else had this issue or have had it solved, where you have reached level 3 farming and brought the level 3 farming licence from Fletch and have only got the iron watering can and no blueprints for the tank or sprinklers?
This has happened to me, I got to 20 farming, went to Fletch, brought the level 3 farming licence, and got the blueprint for only the iron watering can :(
I am now 22 farming, have checked the work table multiple times, logged out numerous times. Have had the game progress at least 4 days past the time I purchased the lvl 3 licence, and still no sprinkler or Tank blueprint.
Am I missing something?, do I need another crafting to be higher or is this just a bug?
Pretty game breaking for me at the moment

You need to acquire the Irrigation license for the sprinklers and tank.

I had the same confusion you did. Level 3 Farming unlocks the Irrigation Licenses you need to get those blueprints.

Fletch. If you're still not seeing it, might be a bug of some sort.

The only thing i got was Iron watering can
Even after at least 4 days past that, I still hanv't got irrigation :(

The wiki only lists Farming Level 3 as a requirement to unlock Irrigation from Fletch. If you guys aren't seeing it, I'd say report it as a bug.

Solved: Logged onto the game today, and there were the licenses in Fletch's list :D
