Deep mines

I'm about to buy the deep mining license and the one day thingy. I understand there should be an elevator down to the deep mines, my question:

Does that elevator spawn when you buy the mine pass or how does this work??

Once you buy the licence for the deep mine, you need to then go into your deeds and chose it. You can put it anywhere you want, just like any other building.

Ooooh....nice!...Man, this game is so dope!. Ulocked one of the waypoint towers (and the other three are almost there). Crafted a rowboat and now I want iron. So much to do!
