Do bottle brush bushes respawn?

I wanted to create a little garden of bottle brush and wattle flowers that can dual serve as a source of brew materials, but I've noticed that bottle brush drop seeds much rarer than wattle bushes. I wanted to ask if you've guys noticed any respawns or new spawns of bottle brushes when you chop any down, because my map seed seems to have pretty few of them and I'm not sure if that's a universal thing.

I'm not sure, but one thing you can do is if you know any other people that are playing the game, you can ask them to create a new character and join them on a brand new island. Go straight to the forest, gather all the seeds you want, and then head back to your world.

If you don't have anyone, you could hit up a public server the same way but that is kind of scummy so beware, maybe ask if they have extra seeds they can give you or trade for, idk.

I am getting one or two seeds for every bush I cut down.
The Bottle Brush bushes are very rare on my islands though.
BUT, I replanted the seeds around my town area and after 7 days I still do not have any wattle flowers or bottle brush on my bushes at all.

I dont think your mapseed has less than any other, theres a fixed amount, in which range they spawn. And you find them everywhere in pike woods. You always get a seed when chopping a bush down, so i dont see the problem to make your own bottle brush farm.

I've cut down a few that didn't give me anything, so I was kind of concerned. And about the length of flowers growing, I think the last patch mentioned that their time was tweaked to grow a little longer than before.

I dont think your mapseed has less than any other, theres a fixed amount, in which range they spawn. And you find them everywhere in pike woods. You always get a seed when chopping a bush down, so i dont see the problem to make your own bottle brush farm.

Unfortunately, I've had at least 3 or 4 times happen that the bush didn't drop any seeds. Wattle bushes drop at least two every time, but unfortunately, my experience isn't the same with bottle brush :(

I'm really wary of playing online due to the many bugs I've seen being mentioned, so I much as possible I was hoping to resolve it within my solo game. Thank you for the suggestions still!

Thats weird, i never had any problems with those seeds. Then again, theres plenty of bush on the island. Check every Pike woods biome.

I am checking the biome places where they spawn, but my worry is if I might run out of them if I cut every one of them down and not all of them drop seeds. I wouldn't want to end up with potentially driving bottle brush extinct on my map

You can always make a trash map that you and friends visit for resources. Just take them back to your main map

Everything takes a while from a seed to grow into a usable item. Took me a year in game time to get a massive wattle field (like 6x10).

Can I ask if the bushes grow side by side? or do they need space in between?

Either can host it as after you have mined the resources you need you simply let the person who is not the host save them on their character and leave and then give them to your main character after leaving the account that was made for this.

Otherwise each character will only have the one map they are linked to except other players maps right now so so if you host it with a second character then your main can never visit it.
