Commerce License
Does anyone know how to get that Commerce License? I have bought every license available and there is still no option for me to buy Commerce License. Do I need to do some specific quests to unlock it? Please help :NekoSad::NekoSad:

Actually, I have got all those licenses, even the agriculture one and vehicle ones. I have maxed out all of the licenses available, but still there is no option to buy Commerce License
