Is there any use for the old toys, smooth slates, sliding handle, button boards?

yes, you need those for the towers, Franklin's inventions & even animal traps. i keep up to 30 per kind & sell everything above. some are very rare other you find very often.

Old Toy is not used in the teletower or telepad recipe, but they are used to craft quarry, and gacha machine. Button board is used in these recipes as well.

Smooth slate is used in telepad, teletower, and weather station.

Sliding handle, I don't know of a use for them currently besides selling or saving for the future.
