Build under Bridges?

Anyone know if there's a Dev Command or Mod that allows you to build under bridges?

I don't know of any but I am subbing to this thread in case anyone else does. Honestly, the way digging dirt in this game works was cool to me at first, but it became cumbersome and a hassle that just isn't fun very quickly in my opinion. One of the few criticisms I have about the game.

That would be nice. I made a nice covered room for my crafting machines, and then realized I can't put anything under the bridges. So then I placed the stuff and tried to put the bridges over, but that also doesn't work. I was pretty disappointed.

I guess you can put vehicles under bridge rooms. I think I'm going to make a covered canal for my boats.

That's exactly what I did...spent hours building it too. Just hope someone mods it in.

I just took the bridges back off and decorated it all nice and called it my crafting castle. I did have to remove the stairs, though, roos kept going up there and pooping on my castle.

I've left it as is, coz I want it as a storage room - I'll just wait till someone mods it. Meantime I've other building projects on the go.

It would be better if he just added building blocks so you can create your own buildings, etc. then to use Bridges.

Yes, that would be better - maybe add it to the suggestions thread.
