Controller setting? Also, online setting?
Hi, is the game mouse+KB only? I usually use an old ps2 controller + some old usb connector for that - for most game, that works fine.

I expected this game would auto detect it, but only Mouse+KB seems to available for me. Is there a way to change it?

I can live with it, but yeah, so many keys, I kept pressing the wrong ones most of the time (pressing e to pickup item = lost a lot of mushroom lol).

Also, for the online setting, is it correct that if I just use the top one, I won't encounter HUMAN players? I don't enjoy fighting other players, but AIs are fine. I don't want to end someone else's run by mistake.

Basically if MULTIPLAYER = OFF & ONLINE = ON , I should not encounter human players, correct?

Thanks!

The game supports controllers. I use the Logitech Gamepad F310 and it automatically connected and worked with the game.

The multiplayer aspect I have not tried yet for similar reasons.

I see, I wonder why it doesn't work with mine. I guess I need program like x360ce or something? That being said, does analog works in this game?

Yeah, if someone can clarify that online thing it'd be nice.

Yeah, with multiplayer - off, online - on, you only encounter other player characters controled by AI. They usualy just stand in a spot and only fight monsters if they are close by. You can kill them for their weapon and accesories.

Ohh nice, thanks! I don't like bothering others' journey but Ais are fair game.

Also, Tested again, controller doesn't work. I can use it up to "press any button" but after that I have to use mouse and key (it refuse to work). Weird. I guess I need to buy actual PC controller instead of my old setup or something.

I'm using an xbox one controller and getting the same issue. With partial controller support games, you usually need to either set it up in a config menu or make sure that you don't ever use anything except a controller.

Hey, thanks for the reply. It's been a while and I had already beaten the games though, haha.

In the end, I familiarized myself with KB+M setup, and while it has some tough moments, i get used to it anyway.

Thanks for the the tip though; that whole ordeal back then made me learn how to set up steam controller setup so it does help for future games.
