This will ensure PB2 will not be able to read any of the savedata that has been written so far and start fresh. If this does fix the problem, please zip up the "Poly Bridge 2 Backup" directory and send it to support@drycactus.com.
We would really like to examine the savedata and see if we can locate the root problem.
For an update for anyone having this issue -- I was able to review my Windows crash reports and found out that the faulty module was a .dll file related to my Nvidia driver. I recalled having recently updated my Nvidia driver(s) which included a new driver management tool.
I went back and uninstalled the driver update & Nvidia management tool, and tried Poly Bridge 2 again, and it worked! No troubles so far, so I'm hoping subsequent updates don't cause the issue to come back.
