Are your bridge savefiles still there? It might just be the profile information that didn't move over correctly, please send your Profile data and output_log.txt to support@drycactus.com so we can take a look

i cant find either of those files, would you be able to send me the path?

Sorry, was in a bit of a rush earlier.
Profiles are located in "Documents\Dry Cactus\Poly Bridge 2"
the output_log.txt file is at "C:\Users\{USER}\AppData\LocalLow\Dry Cactus\Poly Bridge 2"

Is there any way to change the save location? I don't like this folder being in my documents but I'm worried moving it could screw up the game...

Currently no, the game looks in the system Documents folder for save data.

Is the concern with drive space, or just a preference to have it at a different location?

This also happened to me. When I launch the game it goes into build mode with 99999 budget and I have to click exit to main menu. When I go there, the challenge worlds are locked and my progress on each level disappeared.

I'm on a mac btw.

Are you on Catalina? We have had other Catalina users unable to read files from the Documents folder. One user reported this as a fix:

I went to system preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy Tab -> File and Folders
then i just removed and immediately re-added rights for the Documents Folder for Poly Bridge 2.
Soon as i ran the app again, it's back to normal.

Yep that worked. Thank you so much!
On Linux, seemingly Steam Cloud zeroed out all "DefaultProfile*.*" files. Pretty insane on Valve's part that there's no safety mechanism to restore a Steam Cloud fu.ckup.
