UI and dialogue text box glitches?

Very excited to play for the first time after downloading on epic games. The borders on every text and dialogue box are constantly "twitching" and flashing, almost like they are not rendering properly.

Strangely enough, there are no glitches with game play, just the overlay for any dialogue and text. It's very uncomfortable though seeing the visual glitches all the time.

I have tried changing all sorts of settings like resolution, controller vs keyboard, etc. Also have updated drivers on my PC.
