secret ending tutorial?!

what do i have to do after entering winterleaf in the backend console? i used the jumpercard from the box in the cell as 1 of the 4 to open the door, but nothing new happens then?!

This is a kickstarter backer code designed to give you an extra jumper card early to speed up playthroughs after ending one. Its just a perk. There is no special ending tied to this jumper card. If you havent gotten ending 3 and that's what you're asking about. Here is a tutorial on how to get it.
