Poor performance on a 3080

I played the demo and I'm interested in the full game, but the performance on a 3080 was still quite poor. Reducing SSAO to low helped somewhat, but still I got some bad drops, especially during the boss fight. Is this still an issue in the full game?

I dont think it should be an issue on the full game. I have a 7800XT and the game runs great on it (which is about the same performance as a 3080) so its likely just an outdated build for the demo perhaps.

Would make sure your other games run well first as well in case it could be a user-end thing

I played the Gamepass version on a 3080 and it ran perfectly fine.

Can't confirm, never drop below 144 fps and GPU usage is nowhere near 100%

im on a 3060 and it runs amazingly

I played all of it on an RTX 3060, so that's odd. Maybe check your drivers.

I should mention I'm playing at 4k. I bought it and the game performs similarly as the demo, but if I turn down SSAO a bit it's mostly still fine.

You should still reach 60 fps.
If 144 fps are needed you need to upgrade
