Don’t quote me on this but I am pretty sure I saw somewhere saying that it’s not going to be a problem because it’s the games music they didn’t license music from a band.

Last part on the steam page...

"DMCA and Copyright Information:
We fully own the songs as they are specifically written, produced and performed for the game. For content creators, we have done everything from our side to make sure strikes won't happen."

On normal term.

You can stream on twitch, exept if the groupe composer, the boss of the song have put on a paper some word about: it can't be listened in public.

If it s the case, it s a part of develloper to say that on player community about they cannot diffuse song.

Im orchestral composeur for sword fight and escrime renaissance in associative show, so i know well what pepoele can do or not with music they not make.

The only one thing im not supposed to do is, let my music go thought a windows, wait 2 day the assosciation finish their show, and claiming my copyright.

Copyright is a terme, that not mean each copyrighted music can t be listened from public.

So, if it s work as in france, but it should with "la sacem who protect worldwide music" if the musician do not accept player stream the game because the OST, the word have to be say right now. if not:

From law side, player is in her 100% upright to stream the game with the ost id no information from the dev is mentionned about that thread.

As exemple, my music is protected from pepoele using it without my conscentement or make money on it, cause i do all my ost for free as it s not my main work.

From the FAQ in this forum, as well:

Will I be able to stream the game?
Rest assured, you can stream and create content with no DMCA issues.

Even though they own the music, expect a lot twitch to screw up and do their usual uninformed sweep

True, although that's an issue to take up with Twitch, rather than the devs.

they probably sent the music to youtube/twitch beforehand and disabled (not just "disabled" but "turned off") autotagging. they wouldnt just make the music "drm free" because otherwise everyone, hell even i, would use the songs in their personal videos.
