Where is Nape?

This is probably a stupid question, but really. Where is Nape?

I think it's supposed to be on an island north of the western tower the "fragmentary memory" objective leads you to. It's marked on the first map you get, which marks all the other towns as well. There are buildings there that are very detailed and town-like. And yet I've never gotten credit for reaching the sixth town, and I've never seen the area return to life.

If I have the right spot, then is there some trick to reviving the town? I tried clearing the entire island of fog creatures, even, and it didn't take.

P.S. I can't find the "fallen crosses" location either. Halp?

Probably too little too late, but in case you or anyone else is interested: there are two "point of interest" markers on the main map that lead to towns that have been destroyed or abandoned. What you found is one of them.

Nape is actually located southeast (according to the directions used on the main map) of the plateau, a fair bit inland. It's perpetually shrouded in fog, making it hard to find, because there is no smoke trail leading to it.
