How to get one gold coin?

I don't know how to get one gold coin to buy boots in the start of bargainburg. So, how to get it?

The bird drops one but you have to chase it first

Right after the snowy part if I remember correctly. I'd suggest finishing the game when you reach that point though, then start over and get that coin, it's much easier the second time with no pressure.

I had already get it and merchant told me that I need 2 gold. So I dont know how to obtain it.

if you want to get it for one coin you should get a cap

The game is made the way that you always have to fall down to merchant when you obtain the coin. If you finish the game and then go to the merchant he will always want coins you already have +1. BTW the boots are just a skin so it's only for achievement.
