Never use V-Sync because of the g-sync module in the monitor.
Yeah, same. I'm running on AMD Ryzen 7 with RTX 2060 and the game says my graphic drivers are not up to date. They are tho. I checked.

If I do it very slowly it doesn't happen. So its just guessing but I suspect the game is trying to load too much of the world too fast as I scroll around.

Hmm, I cannot get the game past the menu screen and thought Win7 was my issue. I am heartened you were able to get into the game, did you have to do anything to force the directX version in the launcher or anything?
Sounds like my system uis similar to yours so now I have some hope ....
Do you get any kind of error message? If you get a message about "failed to initialize Vulkan" and updating your graphics card drivers, that's not a crash, it's an incompatibility between one of the games' software components and one or more of your graphics cards. If you have both an integrated and a dedicated graphics card, try disabling the integrated card.
