Was the case with the Dumbell and the Aniki summon and another.
As for the Fenris summon, i did not find it very useful.
The only 2 summons i used every map was Freya for a extra Great Heal 2 and especially the Demon Lord for its Meteor spell.
But thats pretty much in line with the original games, the summons never were that powerful.
Also, are you playing on Switch/PS4? Because you dont own the game on Steam.
don't have demon lord yet is that like route E/F?, there's several items specific to each route it seems. I can get the sleipnit scroll in the shop at route C stage 20 but stage 20 doesn't have any shiny spots, maybe it's in route D?
Playing it on steam's family share. If they add multiplayer to the game I might get a copy as well.
I definitely had the Odin Shield around stage 16/17 or so. Found it in the Imperial route C/D but no clue anymore which one.
Demon Lord i found on most routes, "Infernal Manual" is the Item and it does not need another part like with the Odins Shield to work.
No Langrisser game ever had multiplayer, how would that even work in this kind of game?
Actually the original game had a pseudo multiplayer because you could control the AI so you just needed 2 people one on each side to do it.
It would be like playing like chess, each person having their own turn. There's lots of game like that, Battle for Wesnoth is a good example and the community is great making new content all the time and you can have maps with several people playing, max is 8 I think. I wish the dice/luck factor for that game wasn't so prevalent though.
It just came to me duh, have you tried langrisser on mobile? It has several multiplayer stuff as well where every person takes their own turn, it would be a great game if it wasn't a pure cash grab pay to win experience like the majority of mobile games.
Anyway the point is, if multiplayer works there for sure it could work in this game, especially at this price point.
Update: finally found the shield on E16 in the church where you start the level
E17 has a 2nd infernal grimoire
G15 has the protein which teaches brother, G16 has the dumbell to be able to use it
Also best use for demon is grandheal 2 as well and he doesn't get killed in 1 hit like freja. Meteor is only good if very limited situations. The demon also hits like a truck in combat.
Four years later and here is the only place I could find this information. Thank you!!
