Really? Really...
The developers describe the content like this:

Depictions of sexual assault.

Assault? Are you guys for real? That's a new low... I don't care what it is in detail, there's a game on Steam that openly describe itself as having depictions of sexual assault, not sexual themed, sexual a s s a u l t.

Come at me with your "but censiorship bad" ... Sigh. The developers obviously kept it in the game. Can't wait for this to blow up how steam nowdays allow games with sexual assault in them.

Good job Devs and Steam...

Given how this game is rated T for Teen, and the publisher is NIS America, I'm sure whatever falls under the incredibly ambiguous term of "assault" is going to amount to little more than unwanted physical contact. Remember that this is the same company that heavily butchered Mugen Souls' and Criminal Girls' western releases, and removed the contact mini-game from Conception Plus.

I think someone said it was just cat calling. Nothing physical.

This is wrong, There is 2 accounts of Sexual Assault in the game, (Only happens if you play as a female) In a subway station, 2 Drunk Guys tie you up, and want to "Rape" you and your female companion, and at a School, there are some perverted men you can interact with who can feel you up. This is the first time in the series something like this has occurred, In Raw Danger (Disaster Report 2) There is a Perverted Teacher but nothing is insinuated, he only wants you to study in the midst of a disaster, but this is the lowest it has gone, I don't think Granzella intended it to be sexual like this, or they might of did it for "Realism" but this game is also about trying to over come realistic scenario's, so rape and groping is a common thing, and they are trying to show people what it is like, this series is always about teaching players things.

Of course it is there,Disaster Report series shows how people act during catastrophe and of course some of those people are bastards and scum who will try to take advantage of situation so they assault, for example, and also maradeurs and what not.

Or you prefer to stay rose tinted, close your eyes and make a look that such crimes don't happen? Nah, if you wanna something safe and happy, not here... not every "game" is "fun", especially if's focused on serious stuff in it's narrative.

Guess you are having same misinterpretation as some journalists did with RDR. In RDR devs clearly were showing how ruthless and inhuman antagonist/villain was, but some journos didn't get that those depictions of villain's perpetrations were to exposure drama and make player nobly hate and oppose him to make justice.

I played through the import back when it came out, the implication in the original is very different. Dude was in the stall without any pants on.

Watch the original scene here (about 10 minutes in) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quWG0kZn1tY

Ah I never played the original Disaster Report 2, as in the English Ports, the pants weren't on the floor at all... In Europe DR2 was listed as an 11+
Its a game..don't like it, don't buy it, simple as that, it is not going to corrupt any children, and don't be one of those people who assume everyone else should hate it just because you do, because guess what, sexual assault happens in real life, ignoring it and pretending it does not exist does not benefit anything because people like that will always exist.

So you're ok with hyper violence with games such as borderlands and GTA 5 but complain of this? This is a troll thread.

Please OP stay away from gaming. It's people like you that makes games now a days restraint with carebear non sense censorship because people like you arn't mature and educated enough to see it as just a game.

They should not describe the game like this as this is not a hentai game. Are they that lazy or try to baiting the SJW ?
Doesn't have to be a Hentai game to list it as Sexual Assault, Have you played Outlast by any chance?! That has Sexual Assault in it and is that game Hentai?! NO IT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ISN'T, Just because Disaster Report is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Japanese game, doesn't mean everything sexual in it has to be tied to Hentai. This game is trying to be realistic about the situations like this, and show that these issues can be used to take advantage of people.

I think it won't be extreme like some anime or Japanese shows I watched.
The game has to deal with events taking place after disaster I believe and in situations like that without Law etc, things like that happen sadly.
I just don't watch and play games that are offensive for me, I liked few VNs and didn't know that they had an Uncensored version, I liked the censored version.
If the price is affordable I am buying this game, I believe this games will be interesting.
