Why can’t I engoldendate any of my cards.

I’m about to lose my mind considering I seem to be the only person on the internet that’s ever had this problem in the history of man, but I have 10 copies of multiple cards in my collection but the engoldendate option just isn’t showing up no matter what I try. I even crafted an 11th card for one of them to see if that was the problem but it still didn’t give me the option. I’ve tried all 3 release branches available on my Steam Deck and have also restarted and verified the file integrity multiple times but nothing is fixing it.

The only possible thing I can think of that glitched it is that I already had sacrificed all the requisite cards that the little devil guy requested for his quest line and had also done the first monkeys quest line before I ever even learned what engoldendating was. But I find it hard to believe that I’m the only person on the internet who did things in this order before engoldengating so I figured somebody must have come across this bug but I can’t find a single thing online about it.

It makes me think that I might be a giant dumbass who is missing something obvious so please god let me know if that is the case, this ♥♥♥♥ is frustrating me to no end though lmao.

Do you have the latest version of the game? Engoldenation was added in the November update.

I had the same issue. You need to beat the boss and become the true world champ before to be able to craft gold card.

The engoldenation option doesn't unlock until after the storyline is completed - we really wanted people to at least finish the story before spending 1000 hours trying to engoldenate every card! Let us know if this issue is popping up after seeing the closing credits!
