Two new achievements broken?

i was already past 25 s-ranks before the update and just got one extra one to test and the achievement will not unlock now. is this just a me issue? is it a custom song conflict? im not sure what to do about it

haha me too, same issue. I do have about 1k custom songs and over 40 s-ranks as well so i have no idea

I think that the sheer number of custom tracks a lot of users have installed is messing up what should otherwise be pretty simple code! Can you try right clicking on Trombone Champ, clicking Properties, and opting into the "betatesting" beta branch?... The new version there may fix your issue (after clicking your save slot).

This didn't work for me unfortunately.

I do have around 20 custom songs installed, and a total of 39 S-ranks. Hoping for a fix soon.

Also hoping to see Canon in D in the game soon. I mean come on, Pachelbel would've been proud.

unfortunately no dice for me either. i only have basic mods installed (only BepInEx and Trombloader) so i would hope they wouldnt interfere but maybe there is a chance? bummer this happens very shortly after i just got the 20 s ranks in base game, but things like this happen. hopefully we can see a fix but im not too too worried about it right now

I have S ranked every vanilla song but two, no custom songs installed, but one of the two achievements is not popping.

I think the problem is that the new songs aren't saving high scores. The ones displayed during track selection are wrong, and even after clearing the song again it'll give a previous high score of 0 on the result screen.

No mods at all installed by the way.

Hi - There's a new update which should almost definitely fix the 25 and 30-song achievements. Turns out this may have been a Steamworks integration issue.

The beta made the achievement pop so they're separate issues indeed.

No idea if this is helpful but the beta build does something weird with the menu music, it pops and slows down a bit, for some reason.

What was the beta code? The problem is still occurring for me.
