although if you still get issues even when you're not clicking notes with the mouse you maybe could use an ergonomic mouse that is held in a more relaxed position than typical mice.
Have you tried switching to left/right mouse movement rather than up/down? If you use left/right and pump up the sensitivity, you can reach the full range of notes without a lot of wrist movement. There's an adjustment period as you get used to the new control scheme, but it might help.
If you have any specific suggestions on how the game might be more accessible to you, let us know! We can imagine other devices helping (i.e., a device that allows for real motion controls), but it's difficult to imagine solutions with just a mouse and keyboard...
This is a terrible take from the dev... Blue Danube is terribly charted. I was able to play it significantly better by removing my headphones and playing it entirely by sight. The timing on the notes are completely disparate from both the actual song and the backing track.
Please fix this song...
