My PC doesn’t have Bluetooth, will it still work?

I recently bought The full VR kit, I am worried that my PC will not recognize the base stations.
Do I need Bluetooth, or is it a different kind of connection between the PC and the bass stations?

They're tracked by the Index headset.

If you got the full Index kit, you will not need bluetooth in your PC. The Index HMD itself has a bluetooth transceiver for wireless communication to the controllers and basestations. The basestations don't need any actual communication to the PC and only require power to sweep the IR laser which allows the devices to determine their position and orientation.

The only thing the wireless connection on the basestations is used for is doing firmware updates and for SteamVR to remotely sleep them when you exit SteamVR.
