Should I be worried? Base Station 2.0 Ticking Noise

New Valve Index user here (had mine for a few weeks now) with a question...
Shortly after getting the VR Kit, one of my base stations has developed a ticking sound. Y'know that sound when kids would put a baseball card in their bike tires? That, only really really fast. Not the normal low volume, high pitch whine; a very fast ticking.
If I tap lightly on the Base Station the sound will go away after a few tries, but it'll come back again with time.
Should I be worried? Should I see about getting this thing replaced ASAP? Is that even possible?

yeah, you should contact support. it sounds like the, for a lack of better terminology, spinny laser thing is knocking against something in the casing that came loose.
