This might be a dumb question but can you use the valve index controllers with PSVR2 on PC?

Officially , no. The controllers are not compatible with the PSVR2 headset.

Un-officially, in theory it's technically possible but not worth the effort imo. You would need the lighthouse units, Bluetooth adaptors, possibly a Vive Tracker and a whole lot of technical know how and patience. At that point you're getting into the price bracket of just buying a Meta headset and controllers.

index knuckles
2*steamvr dongles
2*index base station
vive tracker3.0 or tundra tracker(optional, calibrate the space position)
software:
openvr-spacecalibrator
openvr-lighthouse-manager(optional, turn on/off base station through the bluetooth on your pc)
