Update Problem Index Controller Knuckles with HTC Vive Pro

Hi! I have problems to upgrade the firmware of my new index knuckles.
When i start the VR it says that there is an update available. When i try to do it
the updater shows the HTC Vive controller and is not able to update the knuckles.
When i click on identify, the knuckle vibrates but when i connect it with the cable
to the computer the updater does not recognise it. Please help.

I just received my controllers today and I own a Vive Pro 2. I was able to update the Valve controllers. Did you go to devices in your Steam VR window that pops up when you start Steam VR? You select Devices and select contollers, Then you select Pair, Another window pops up. In that window on the bottom you can click on Pair a different type of controller. Another window pops up. You than click on the picture of the Valve Controller. Then you press the menu button and the B button at the same time and hold it down. After it pairs, you can plug it into the computer and get update when it ask you too.
