What does it mean if it's an "in process order"?
I ordered my controllers and it just pulled up a page saying the order is in process and will ship in 2-4 weeks. But it never brought up a page for shipping and hasn't charged me for it.

Have a look into your mail..the payment process is happening later, week before shipping I believe.

Better still get all of the Alyx stuff when I pay because I ordered it before the release date. It's not my fault I can't purchase it

Its says in the FAQs that if ordered before release you will get the bonus content, doesn't mention that you have have had to have paid for the order by then. The delay is the supply chain and they know when you ordered as linked to your account.

I hope that's the case. I ordered it but don't have any of the Alyx stuff and it's not in my library. So heres hoping I get it when it finally lets me purchase.

I just ordered mine and all the payment info went through and my order is processing. Also added alyx and all dlc stuffs to my library.

Same with my buddy. How come mine is still in process. I ordered within no more than 15 seconds after the controllers went live...

Same here, ordered exactly at 10:00AM PDT, never asked for payment or shipping, and order shows "In-Process"... Did they really sold-out in like 5 seconds?...

I don't get it. I know I ordered mine before my friend but he was able to purchase his. I hit refresh every second until I saw "order" and when I clicked it it just changed to "ordered" and took me to an in process page. I don't get how it picks who gets it and who doesn't. It's ridiculous

Its some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for sure. I have been waiting to purchase these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ controllers for so long. im working on a game and I NEED to be able to support the damned things

The part that pisses me off the most is I have had the money in my steam wallet for almost 2 months waiting for them to be back in stock. I hate this. Worst part is, I can't find a way to contact support because it doesn't fall into any of the categories. They need to add a blank slot for making a support ticket.
Well... in FAQ page it says you should contact hardware support. I did but Steam failed to collect my system information (took like an hour and still not finished...), and they won't let you submit a ticket without one. Now I cannot even contact the support, this is some next level BS...

They need to add an "In process" tab for steam support. And I sent in a ticket without a screenshot just now no problem. It's just infuriating that they are making us wait. I've been trying to get these controllers since October and every time I had the money they would go out of stock.
