A Vive Controller Wand weighs about 205 grams each. So about a 9 grams difference.
But because the Index Controllers seem to be way more well-balanced than the Vive Wands (Due to the fact that a lot of the weight is in the palm area and not in that ring loop thing), the Index Controllers will feel substantially lighter simply via physics.
I think the Oculus Controllers are 127.6 grams each? With a battery that's probably another 30 grams so about 157.6 grams. Lighter than both the Vive options but again, you'll probably feel no real discernible difference due to the weight distribution of the Index being much better than the Vive Wands.
My Controllers are coming in now so if nobody else answers for awhile, I'll be sure to weigh mine at full battery for you.
