2. That's not really how the game works... When you get to a place, you clearly see who you can interact with. You can only visit a limited amount of places before you get too exhausted to have meaningful conversations and need to get home, restock your shop and rest. You can gradually unlock new places during the course of a playthrough, but one playthrough won't be enough to see everything and meet all the characters. Which means you can focus on a new area each time and reach different endings.
3. I don't know. The devs are more active on Discord, you could ask there.
