Simply land his Q2 (Brainwash) in neutral, then you can freely hit them with his PU2 (Plus Ultra 2).

What you miss is getting a free reset into PU2 out of his TQ1 floorsplat (Grab that splats the opponent into the floor). Shinso does not need free resets out of splat.
