Game won't start??

So.. yeah I've had thi game and played it normaly on my old Pc. I then built my own Pc and now it won't run, just like MY HERO ONE'S JUSTICE 2. I asume it's not updated to run on newer Pcs. Or can someone help me?

This problem has been present for months now, ever since march apparently and Bandai has been playing dumb since then, saying the problem is on the user's end, if they haven't fixed this even after releasing more DLC recently, they aren't going to fix it later.

If you have a newer Intel CPU (like 10th gen or newer) or dont know which CPU you have, try this:
