Bloodletting?

I got a charm in a certain dungeon that gives a character +1 to Bloodletting, but I don't see that skill anywhere on the skills screen?

It seems that it causes my character who has it to randomly inflict bleeding debuff when he attacks

yeah its an ukat cultural skill but it still gives you 10% chance to cause bleed if you have it on a non ukat character

Oh, I have an Ukat and didn't see bloodletting on their culturals but I was probably being dumb.

it's not the Ukat skill, that's called Vicious Strikes and it is a party-wide passive.
Bloodletting is different and kinda just an unnecessary way to obscure that it's just a flat +% bleed chance and not actually a skill.

It's like instead of a ring that gives a 10% damage boost, all it says is "+1 Empowered" with no way to reference what it exactly does in-game.

Heh, I was wondering if this skill was about bleeding or not. Usually I've seen it in other DnD RPG's so figured it WAS but the game doesn't give you any explanation at all.
