Anyone know how to get the princess preggers in this game? Tried to give her the cold and everything but nothing.

When someone creams her, there's like a 3 min timer on the top right. Once it hits 0, her belly grows.

and i think if you are creampied again before the end, it reset the timer to 3 mins, but not sure
