Currently the game only supports vive. Oculus lifts are not supported.
The demo is free to play, and the completion of the game will be completed in the next year after crowdfunding.
As you progress through the story, you can control a robot as a companion. The player controls this robot to fight against other hostile robots. but, riding is impossible.
Thank you for your interest in the game.
i hope you plan on the rift as well
We have not been able to test properly in WMR.
I agree that the enemy's behavior is monotonous.
The main frustrations I had with it were the difficulty with picking up weapons from the ground (why not just point and let them snap to the hand?) and the movement being restricted to the trackpad and not able to be switched to the joysticks. There were some strange framerate dips when too close to an enemy that was killed and blew up, and I've played most of the top VR games on steam and never experienced dips in frames like that before.
Also the walls are able to be looked, and shot through.
I couldnt figure out how to reload gun, it works like one in 10 times, so i had to always throw away weapon and pick new one.
I had no problem with weapon pickup (you dont need to duck for it, if its highlighted you can just snap it) but I agree that there is probably no reason to have different button for pickup, why not use trigger? If empty hand pick up selected object, if weapon is equipped fire.
Final battle when controlling your robot was a little clumsy, maybe the hints (with wands) should stay in your fov, because i had them in place where i had no view of big robot.
And last part to teleport on that wall was very nasty trick, i appeared on the wall with one feet half in the air, got me scared :)
Thanks for nice, but very short, experience.
