Can't believe I'm asking for this... but... any chance you can put back the catchup feature of the Worm in the Windtorn escape section? As much as I hated it for being too difficult at first, now I kinda miss it :) ... at least on hard, please...

Hey @Woland, how can one find customer support for the game? The audio doesn't work (there is no sound when you start the game), a problem I've found many others seem to have. Tried going for the customer support page (microsoft/xbox), but there seems to be no way of leaving a message and the robot doesn't understand the problem. I have waited a long time to play this game and am pretty pissed. Not because of bugs, that happens. But having no way to contact support seems pretty disrespectful for someone who has paid to use your product.
And yes, I googled, restarted, reinstalled.
How can I get help and use the product I paid for?

I wasn't having issues before but now the game can't load whenever I try to start it, I'm having a lot of fun with it but now I just can't play

Would really like the ability to change difficulty, escape sequences seem way beyond hard, running through dozens of times is just killing my will to play this game. And after so many hours before getting stuck, definitely don't want to start from scratch.

thats the charm of this game, not some easy game cmon mate did u play ori and the blind forest? :)

the screen turns black after i get the bash ability, or it did when i played at release. has this been patched? cant find it in patch notes. thank you

in inkwater mash i have a glitch that won`t stop were the lever won`t move
and when i grab it automaticly ungrabs, making it impossible to progress please fix :(

@Woland, Is there any update on a fix for crashing on startup, and when you occasionally get the game to run, there's no sound? I really don't want to request a refund, but I'm left with no other choice.

Have you gotten a fix? I tried with xbox support, and they're as dumb as always.

@milo ori is my favorite game, but i had also sounds issues. So i reedem ands till waiting to see when they will fix that. Its kinda boring to play this masterpiece without sound.
