Steam controlle problem

Guys I have a problem.
I own and use the steam controller which works great with everything except ori and the will of whispers.
i like to change keys i would like to reverse LB (grapple/bash) with LT (show ability wheel) but i can't, as soon as i change in the steam controller settings both keys show the ability wheel.
I can do it in the right side where i can change RB to RT and vice versa but with the left side it doesn't work.
Has anyone experienced the same problem and can help me?
