Kwolok's Hollow 97% Completion (Post-Patch 2)

As it seems that the new patch bases area completion on collectibles and quests, I've managed to 100% everything on the map minus the Willow's End and Kwolok's Hollow.

I completed the hand-to-hand quest, purchased all maps from Lupo, and have the secret shard from Twillen equipped, and I'm currently trying to complete each area before I finish this run, but what am I missing from Kwolok's Hollow that isn't showing up on my map?

Running around aimlessly into corners is starting to test my patience lmao, at least a point in the right direction would help

Was there any resoluton to this? I was able to achieve 100% when the game first released. But on my most recent hard playthrough I am stuck at 97% on this area alone. Spirit trial done, quests done, all indicated secrets/items found. I'm a bit lost for ideas?

Ah my bad, I forgot to update this post! From what I recall, I think I just restarted the game and then the last collectible showed up on the map. For some reason the game just wasn't displaying it on the map at the time. I wish I could point out the location but since I made this post a while ago, I don't remember anymore :(

That worked for me as well! I could have sworn I already grabbed that spirit light container, but maybe I died afterwards. Thank you for the help!

Restarting the game worked for me too. I had 97% in Kwolok's Hollow and no secret would show in the map at all. After restarting, one of those yellow orbs showed up in the map, and by grabbing it I reached 100% in the area. The funny thing is that, just like Glov, I'm super sure I grabbed that one before.

Same problem occurred for me and restarting fixed it. Thank you! I took a screenshot of where it popped up in case anyone has same problem in future and cba restarting the game!

No, I had the same 97% glitch, and my missing spirit light was in Kwollok's lake just west of Silent Woods.

I confirm I had the same problem today. It could be related to a glitch with Internet connection, because I noticed when upgrading all my abilities, nothing special happened, then I kept collecting the final things I missed. I was stuck at 97% in Kwolok's Hollow, and after resetting the game, one of the Spirit Lights I had already collected re-appeared and I also got a bunch of achievements who had not been accounted for previously.

I noticed that dying un-collects the spirit light but it doesn't re-appear on the map until reloading saveFile from title screen.

This was also where my missing one was. reloading didn't seem to make it appear so I just checked around again. Picked that one up. then saved and reloaded and the missing achievements popped up. I would also say this is pure chance as it seems to mainly be affected by the issue of dying after getting an orb and not getting it again afterward. As I had restarted my game several times since then.

It did also affect other achievements as once I found the last orb and then saved and reloaded it game me the 'find all' achievement as well as 3 others that I had earned recently but never actually 'got'.

Yes, I too can confirm that getting that collectible, then doing the race, will leave you with 97%. Exiting to main menu, then going back in will make it spawn again (the one at the bottom of the area), so you'll have to pick it up again.

In general, after you get a collectible, make sure you get to or return to a zone where the SAVE kicks in. Learned it the hard way... Or just teleport/save.

So here's a fun thing: I missed that one in the first place until I got the collectibles on the map. Then I picked it up to get TO 97% and had to go out to the menu and come back to it 2 minutes later. So basically it's just that some light orbs need to be obtained twice for 100% completion.

I feel like i just had exactly what the previous poster had. I just grabbed my last 2 collectibles for this area (one of them was this one) and checked the map to find it at 97%. Used the earlier mentioned screenshot with exact location, and there it was. I think i teleported to the same area to make it reload and spawn again. Seems like this orb needs to be collected twice...
