There's this challenge in Luma Pools that is really hard, right before the first Spirit Well in the level. You have to use the feather to blow a bubble up to the left, but then move up to the right and then over again to the left very quickly so that you can bounce on the bubble and make it to the next platform on the left. This is very tricky.
It can be skipped with Light Burst but to get Light Burst in Baur's Reach there's several sections that more or less require you to have Swim Dash.
Without any other information, I'm assuming you're stuck at this particular point in the game. It's really hard and you basically just have to keep trying until you make it.
Here's where I'm stuck. Bear with my mad editor skills.

For the area in Baur's Reach, right next to the keystone you're missing there is a pot. If you use the flap ability on the pot it shoots a fire ball. Follow the fire ball down and use bash to hit it into the frozen altar looking thing. This will melt all of the ice allowing you to get the last keystone and get to light burst.
For the area in the Luma Pools, in the large open area on the left near the 3 stompers, there is a bubble maker under the water. If its still blocked, bash one of the projectiles from the vine enemy just next to it to get the bubbles popping. Do some parkour on the dry area just above the bubble maker to get the height needed to access the above area.
Hope this helps!
