Mouldwood Depths stuck at 96%

As the title says, I'm stuck at 96% completion in Mouldwood Depths. I believe that I have collected all of the collectibles and I'm pretty sure I've explored the entire map. If anyone could help me spot what I've missed, that'd be appreciated.

I'd advise finishing the "Hand to Hand" side quest and purchase all three maps from Lupo for life, energy and light shards. You're most likely missing some light shard or two.

For anyone still looking for this, there is a spirit light orb above where you first enter the web area that doesn't show up on the map even after all secrets are revealed.

I had this same problem, where even after doing the "Hand to Hand" quest, it still didn't show any other spirit light containers while stuck at 96% for me. But I saw a different poster saying sometimes the game bugs, not showing all secrets until you exit and rejoin the game. After doing that, I then saw one spirit light container just randomly pop up in the area

AKA sometimes just leaving and reentering the game works
