aT 4:17:23 i cant break it to go up what should i do? I hit the wood again and again with all atacks for breaking unstable ground i even shot it too and nothing happens. Why?

I'm not sure I understand which part you mean?
Have you got normal Dash, which you discovered in Kwolok's Hollow? This will allow you to use Burrow when a blue circle appears on the sand. If not, return to an earlier save backup from the menu, you should go get Dash first! I don't know why some players are able to skip Dash.

yes i have found these powes and also got the ability to dig sand so now iam continuing to find the wisp. Then there are 2 more wisps to find.

I try again and again but nothing happens! he only jumps and fall down without stopping mid air to make the special move. Ist must be a bug but i have reloaded many times and still same problem!

This is an ability called "Bash". It uses a separate button (I think F on the keyboard? Check the control mapping in the options)
