Unreachable spot in Silent Woods

How the heck am I suppose to reach this spot when Shriek is on constant lookout?

You go there through story progression, come back later

You can skip her to the last stage or find all 3 wisps.

Yes there is you can skip all 3 wisps and clear the game.

Alright, this game clearly loves confusing me. Game claims I only finished 85% of Silent Woods, but there is no undiscovered part of the map left:

Yeah the map is correct
The whole area that Shriek guarded is Slient wood, after you finished that area you go into Willow end map, before that everything else is Slient wood
