At your level right now, accessing random places is hard, if its on mission and u cant get there than u might have missed some skills to get, try equipping related shards

@Bullet-Tooth Tony, you don't need Light Burst here. Below you and to the left is a portal that opens to your upper left. You need to lever the door, drop down to that portal to your lower left and then quickly Double Jump or Dash across to your right before the door closes. For Midnight Burrows you only need Double Jump, Bash and maybe Dash.
