So this might be a problem if you own a factory overclocked card model probably (you can always try to downclock it). Or might be some other kind of instability (driver, system related).
Have tried different settings, but issue persists.
Starting the game directly from the .exe instead of via steam seems to make it happen less often (subjectively), but it still happens quite often.
Now I have the additional problem that the game freezes and crashes during the sequence talking to Kwolok always at the same time, so continuing the game has become impossible
Does anyone have ideas?
Skip the cutscene, allows you to pass without the bug, that's how I did it.
It let's you pass Kwolok. The way I am dealing with bug is, that only when enemies are near me (in the same screen) and I press the map it freezes, but if there are no enemies than you can press it and it won't freeze. This also happens with NPCs.
How did you skip the cutscene?
I tried pressing pretty much any buttons but the whole talking-to-Kwolok scene will just run along for ~2 min (it's quite lengthy...) and towards the end, the game crashes (screen goes black). I assume that there is some change of scene or transition to a video at the end that causes the freeze / crash.
Is there some way to just skip all of it?
