Mouldwood Depths entrance is stuck closed

I currently have all 3 other wisps and every zone at +80%, but I can't seem to figure out how to enter Mouldwood Depths
I looked it up online and from what I gather, after finding Ku, a Moki is supposed to wait for me at the MD entrance, and open the way for me. Unfortunately there is no Moki, and the gate is closed so I'm just stuck because I can't get the last wisp

Am I missing something, or is my save file actually bugged out ?

Are you sure you're at the correct entrance and not the one that involves triggering musical notes in a certain order?

Yes, you are referring to Midnight Burrows, and I have cleared that area 100% already

Note: I am currently being greeted by an explosive slug when I reach the door, which I killed before taking the screenshot, bot no Moki in sight

Oh that door. Head upwards from where you are and look for a lever in the top right left corner of a room. The mokki you seek is beyond that door.

♥♥♥♥ me I don't know how I missed that, I guess I was too focused on rushing to the place and I must have missed it the first time I went through that area

It was actually in the top left corner of the previous room. To clarify I added the location of the lever in my imgur album if anyone else needs it in the future

Wait it was in the top left? lol I thought it was on the right xD Maybe I was thinking of another area when thinking of the lever's location.
