Title says it, have this blue trampoline thingie and looks like I need to land on the pole to the right, but how..............?

Can't seem to progress now, been everywhere.
That's everywhere I can get, still missing abilities, like the arrow to get from flower to flower.

double jump and dash should work, when falling on the blue thing hold right

I am having trouble with this jump and don't have the dash ability yet. Is it possible to make it? I don't think I can move on from this, it seems like i'm blocked.

Nope dash is needed to progress to that area

Nope dash is needed to progress to that area

to reach the pole jump on the blue jumping pad , press right and double jump and you manage to reach that point , dash comes later before the first boss
