Stuck in luma pools early
So right after making the wheel spin the water got clear and I got into Luna Pools. I got to the part where destroy the corruption thingy benath the wheel, but now I'm unable to progress in any way nor go back - i don't have triple jump and I don't have the feather to fly to the left side?

Am I screwed? The only way back seems to be through a spiked shaft near the begining of te location,, but I'm not able to scale it up in any way, even using the LB abiltiy on the projectiles shot by the plant enemies.

Probably. You clearly aren't meant to be able to access Luma Pools at all until you have the feather, and there are a variety of game-breaking bugs doing so causes. If you have back-up saves (selected from the load menu), try them, but otherwise you'll need to restart (which will only be a few hours now that you know what you are doing).

I'm just looking at the area now. So, if you go to the right after the formerly-corrupted giant waterwheel, there are a couple of spinning spikes, and a plant enemy beyond them. You've got two routes after that - on the right is the spiked way up and to the left should be another. Now, this may be blocked by debris, but you ought to be able to break that by Bashing a plant projectile.

Once you're through, just swim up through the left and Grapple onto the blue bulb above you. Ideally, you want to Bash off the enemy crawling up and down the wall so as to push yourself into range of the other blue bulb to the far right of the screen. From there it's just a bit of a climb and swim up back to the surface.

i dont think you are supposed to go there , first meet with kwolok to proceed , until then you need to go to the luma pools

I had exactly the same issue - I got into the Luma Pools without the feather so couldn't get swim dash and couldn't get out. I had to go to an earlier save, go elsewhere and then come back with the feather.
How do you even do that?

This seems to be the correct answer.

With the move set you have after Wellspring (double jump, bash, dash, grapple) you should be able to just go back the way you came.

I got the ability to swim down, so I swam down, with the amount of secrets it's difficult to identify what is a secret and what is not sometimes.

Might be, although I have not tested it by myself, but I did try going back by myself, and I wasn't able to do it. I'm not a pixel-perfect platforming games player so maybe it is possible if you time everything just right. If anyone tests it and has solid proof if it's possible, post a comment and I'll mark it as a resolution.

I had tested it by backtracking from there without using water dash or feather and with triple jump taken off.

You could post a screenshot of the place where you get stuck.

Remember, you can air dash before, after or in between your double jumps. A lot of things (like bash) also resets those abilities and you can dash off a wall without using up your air dash.
