Spirit Trial leaderboard rank not updating

I've been having this issue on multiple spirit trials. Once my rank gets inside about top5000 it stops updating even if I improve my time. Before that the rank seems to update normally. For example, on Baur's Reach I was rank 3045 with a time of 36.388. I then improved my time to 34.831, so a 1.5 second improvement, and my rank stayed the same at 3045. All the names around my rank changed, so it did get recorded one way or another, but the rank numbers remain unchanged. Even after many days the ranks don't update, except that they do get worse when apparently others surpass my rank. On Windswept Wastes I had a rank of about 2200 and it moved to around 2300 after a few days, despite my time itself improving by a couple seconds. Quite annoying.

Anyone else with this issue, or any known fix? I wonder if this bug happens because of improving the time too often or too many times. I play on PC, if that's important to note.

Never noticed it. You can stay at the same rank even if you improve your time when you don't surpass anyone above you.

I just guess many ppl. are playing it rn and in the section of rank 2000 / 3000 many ppl. add themself with times every day.

I could check my rank later. Last time i looked i was 35 on the worm run.😅 maybe i can get bit better.

Sokurah, I'm gonna have to say you totally failed to understand the issue I described. I'll enlighten you with screenshots instead.

Also, I did some further testing. In the Mouldwood Depth trial I was around rank 7000 and I checked if the rank could be changed since it wasn't yet in the top5000. And yes, the rank could be changed, I improved the time once and got rank 3760 with 28.151. I then improved it again with 27.529 and this time the glitch showed up as usual, the rank did not change. Well that seems too be a glitch indeed. I never made these runs tho. Maybe i try later and see if it happen to me too.

I did assume the glitch wouldn't be widespread since nobody else has mentioned it.

And I'll say I would've believed that you don't have the glitch even without screenshot evidence. Feels like you just wanted to show your ranks.

I've had this same issue before, but I don't have a solution. Eventually I just leave and come back to it later and see if it's updated. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't - quite annoying.

I have the same issue :( Happened at least for the first two spirit trial. I liked to retry and make my ranking better so this is really annoying

Many attempts later I've shaved 10 sec off my time but the leaderboards wont update... I just wanna know where I am ( ﾉ ﾟｰﾟ)ﾉ

I've been having the same issue. Restarting the game after every attempt seems to reliably fix this, but that's inconvenient.

I don't even care about hacked times being removed from the leaderboards - I just want it to consistently update. I can share more screenshots if necessary. The only consistency I've seen, is the leaderboard's inconsistency.

Just out of curiosity, where on the map are you opening the Quick Access menu?

I moved from the Wellspring Glades to the very last spirit well in Willow's End, and that seemed to solve everything.

Not a solution and this is years later but I'm hoping someone knows how to view the ghosts of the top players in each race?
