I can't teleport anymore

Hello guys,
i will need ur help to find whats the problem and to solve it.
I can't teleport anymore, unless im on the spirit well. Before i was just selecting the teleport press the space bar and i would go, but now the space bar track the quest only.
Can u help me on fixing this?

The recent patch made the "warp from anywhere" ability one you have to buy from Opher, the skill trainer, for 500(?) Spirit Light. It was part of an overhaul to streamline some of the background mechanics, as well as make it obvious to a bunch of people who claimed to have never known that this was even an option.

Not exactly expensive, which is nice.
