[Bug] “Will of the Wisps” Quest description only lists three places.

I’ve got to the point of the game where Kwolok tells you to go find the four Wisps. The cutscene talks about their locations: Baur’s Reach in the north, Luma Pools in the west, Mouldwood Depths in the south, and Windswept Wastes in the east. Afterwards, five new quests are listed on the map: a “Will of the Wisps” quest, and one quest for each of those four areas.

However, the quest description for “Will of the Wisps” is bugged. It tells you to go find the Wisps in Baur’s Reach, Luma Pools and Mouldwood Depths, but doesn’t mention Windswept Wastes. When the quest is selected, at the top of the map screen it says “Three Wisps remaining”, but that’s before I’ve even gone to any of those areas, so it should say that there are four remaining. I went to the Luma Pools first, completed that part of the story, and now it says “Two Wisps remaining” (but I still actually have three to collect).

I’ve decided to go to Windswept Wastes next and collect that Wisp. I figure if I left that till last, the game’s story progression might completely bug out. I will report back if anything odd happens after I collect the eastern Wisp.

Its not bugged, but the game doesn't make it clear that the eastern wisp is the last you need to collect (You wont be able to progress without the other 3 wisps).
I've seen many people confused by this (myself included) and the devs really should phrase the main quest differently

Yes, I just found that out myself! I explored all the way through the Windswept Wastes and got to a door at the end, which would not open because it said I needed to have all the other Wisps to do so.

Well at least my time wasn't wasted as I unlocked an ability that I can use to reach secrets in other areas.

That's exactly what happened to me my on my first playthrough :)
