Stuck at Luma Pools

Almost reach the spot the soul thing needs me, but stuck a pool underwater, after seeing that frog guy. There are three blocks underwater block the only way in through map. No matter how fast I swim, there is no way I'd pass three of them without dead.

Did I miss something or what? Hint only tells me to hold A to swim faster which doesn't help here, still not that fast to pass through...

If you search longer you will find an abillity-tree wich gives you the abillity to dash in the water

Yes, you are missing something. You need to explore the Luma Pools more. If I remember correctly, after meeting the Kwolok there in Luma Pools you need rather to travel up and not follow him that time.

This is useless. I've explored every possible path. I can't get past the crushers, there's a weird statue thing that looks like I need to push from the other side, and there's a tall spike-lined shaft that I can't climb.

In the pool area where you meet Kwolok, redirect the poison bubbles which the plant fires to you, to a underwater flower pedal, once succeed, it will open up a new path for you, you will have to jump on its bubbles to high-up areas, not the crusher route, until you find the underwater dash
